Although we are an out-of-network practice, we support our clients in significantly reducing the cost of treatment in two important ways:

1. We offer a sliding scale to all clients, based on household income + number of dependents.
This is an extremely simple process, which our receptionist will walk you through step-by-step. Should you like to be considered for a sliding scale fee, you will simply be asked to submit the prior year's tax return for whomever will be paying for the therapy service/s. Using our sliding scale algorithm, we will then be able to tell you the exact cost of treatment, having taken into account your specific financial needs.

2. The Wise Center facilitates the entire process of checking your out-of-network deductible for therapy, as well as your specific reimbursement rate per session, so that you don't have to. We will make sure that you are claiming your optimum out-of-network benefits to lower the cost of therapy.
We make claiming out-of-network benefits from your health insurance provider truly effortless, while helping you maximize the amount you get reimbursed. The Wise Center helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you opt into this service, we will file claims for you and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed as quickly as possible. With our help, the average reimbursement rate for out-of-network therapy is 70% of the total cost of the session.
