Individual Therapy

Weekly or bi-monthly therapy appointments are available for clients with anxiety or depression who are in need of a therapist but who do not need and/or desire traditional DBT treatment. Our individual therapists work from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including: DBT, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and psychodynamic therapies.
