DBT Skills Groups
DBT skills training supports clients in learning and practicing the 4 DBT skills modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. Clients who are satisfied with their current therapists but who could benefit from learning and applying the life-changing skills of DBT are able to do so at The Wise Center via group skills training (in a small group of no more than 10 clients) or individual skills training (one-on-one with a DBT trained therapist). Groups are offered both virtually and in-person, at a variety of times to accommodate work and school schedules.
