At TWC, we follow Dr. Marsha Linehan's model of DBT to adherence, offering Comprehensive DBT with individual DBT, DBT skills training, phone coaching, and consultation team. Led by DBT Linehan Board Certified psychologist, Dr. Natalie Harrison
- DBT Skills Groups – Supportive and solutions-focused group to improve distress tolerance, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal skills
- Individual Therapy – Personalized care for anxiety, depression, trauma, and much more
- Psychological Assessments – Comprehensive evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Bipolar Disorder, and Personality Disorders
