Purpose:​​
​
Working professionals have unique challenges when seeking support and stress management, including packed, variable, and inflexible schedules, difficulty connecting to others with lower intensity careers, higher education level and a desire for a faster pace of learning; and fear that if they seek clinical work or mental health services, the need for services will be reported to the licensing board.
