Nathan Glaze, LPC

Originally from Southeast Alabama, Nathan moved to Birmingham over a decade ago to pursue his education. He earned a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo. Nathan’s counseling career started with an internship at SafeHouse of Shelby County. For the past four years, he has worked as a therapist, focusing on substance use disorders, at community health centers in the greater Birmingham area. Through evidence-based treatments, Nathan has experience addressing various concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, sexuality and gender, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. Nathan has receive substance use training from The Alabama School of Drug and Alcohol Studies and is a National Certified Counselor. He is an Associate Licensed Counselor in Alabama.
